Maldives Group Trip

Have you always wanted to swim with whale sharks, mantas, nurse sharks, stingrays and dolphins? Are you dreaming of living the Moana life, exploring shipwrecks, surfing around the islands and running barefoot through the jungle? All with like-minded people who love animals, travel and experiencing what the world has to offer? Then you are in the right place!

The Maldives are often thought of as a destination just for luxury resorts and honeymoons — but that’s not the whole story! The itinerary

DAY 1

Touchdown in Paradise

You'll arrive in Malé and we’ll take care of the rest! Transfers for you are arranged to our first island Maafushi — where you’ll meet everyone at our private villa. Spend the afternoon settling in, jumping in the pool, exploring nearby boutiques and getting to know your new travel crew.

As the sun sets, we’ll eat good food, hang out and get used to our home for the next 3 days.

DAY 2

Sharks, Rays & Sun Days

Wake up to breakfast* cooked by our private chef, then hop on the boat for your first unreal ocean day. We’ll swim with 25+ nurse sharks, then head to explore a new island where you can sit in the water with stingrays. After a picnic* on the beach, we’ll cruise back to the villa for skateboarding, freediving, slacklining, or whatever the group feels like. Evenings are open — live music in town, sunset walks or movie night in our private outdoor movie theatre.

*Breakfast & Lunch included

DAY 3

Shipwrecks & BBQ’s

Another chef-made breakfast*, then off we go on a Jack Sparrow expedition. We’ll explore and dive around an old wooden sunken ship. Then we’ll land on an uninhabited island and have a full beach BBQ — fresh fish, meat, fruit, salads, rice, etc... a pirates dream. Just no rum. Head back to the villa and decide with the group on which activity to do. Make sure to walk the beach where baby stingrays and reef sharks cruise by. Pack by the end of the night because tomorrow is new island time.

*Breakfast & Lunch included

DAY 4

Gentle Giants & New Horizons

Today is going to be BIG. After breakfast* we head out to swim with whale sharks and manta rays, searching for quieter spots so we don’t crowd the animals. We’ll then have lunch* on the boat or a sandbank. If we’re lucky instead of 1 or a couple mantas, we’ll get to see a massive manta cyclone (100+ mantas) that we can dive through! – This is not guaranteed, but very worth it, if it happens ($40 Extra). After this ocean adventure, we hop out on Dhigurah, check into our hotel, and enjoy a relaxed first night on paradise island.

*Breakfast & Lunch included

DAY 5

Paradise Mode: Activated

A chill wake up in paradise and breakfast* on the rooftop of our beautiful hotel. This island is seriously unreal — long white beaches, clear water and postcard views everywhere. Today is all about slowing down: beach time, content, snorkeling, or renting scooters/bikes to cruise the island. Let's take in the sunset and have dinner* at one of the prettiest beaches in the Maldives, relax at night with the group and soak in the island life. Does it get any better?

*Breakfast & Dinner included

DAY 6

Sunsets & Surfbound

Another easy morning* in Dhigurah to enjoy however you want — swim, chill, shoot content, or just enjoy the art of doing nothing. However, it's time to pack up, because later in the day, we boat over to Thulusdhoo, our final island. Check into our cute surfer hotel, explore the village, grab an açai bowl and settle into surf-island energy. Expect casual nights playing pool, a bonfire by the beach, meeting other travelers and celebrating how far we’ve come together. Let's throw in a karaoke night, shall we?

*Breakfast included

DAY 7

Surf, Sun & Final Fun

Welcome to Thulusdhoo — the surf island.
Today we take the boat out to catch some waves in crystal clear waters. You can take advantage of included surf lessons* or surf solo if you already know. Not feeling it today? Feel free to snorkel, freedive, slackline, or just beach it with the rest of the group. Free time also means optional activities like jet skis, parasailing, tube towing, kiteboarding, or just cruising around town.
This is your last full day, so soak it all in — laughs, sunsets, ocean swims and one final night together.

*Breakfast & surf lesson + gear included

DAY 8

Until Next Time

One final breakfast* together, hugs all around, relaxed few hours by the beach and transfers back to Malé Airport timed around your flights. You’ll leave with new friends, unreal memories and enough camera roll content to last all year.

For those joining for the Fuvahmula extension, we will all head to the airport to fly to our next and a little insane adventure -
DIVING WITH TIGER SHARKS!!!

*Breakfast included

OPTIONAL EXTENSIONS

Scuba License Extension (Before the Group Trip)

Fly in early and get your scuba certification in Maafushi before our trip starts. We will all stay at the same hotel and do the same dives plus our scuba-certified hosts will capture photos and videos of your first dives. Once certified, you roll straight into the main group trip.

Fuvahmulah Extension — Tiger Shark Island (After the Group Trip)

After the group trip, fly to Fuvahmulah for next-level diving. Stay at a scuba resort and dive with tiger sharks, plus chances to see massive oceanic mantas (up to 30ft wing spans), thresher sharks, hammerheads sharks (if we’re lucky) and beautiful coral gardens.
On our last trip we counted 18 tiger sharks at once. This is for anyone who wants to take things to the extreme.

*It's always important to remember that nature is nature, and spotting these wild animals
can't be 100% guaranteed, yet we have always been lucky enough to see them in the past.

We do work with the best tour providers on the island, who are trying their very best to make all experiences happen while still protecting the ocean and its animals. We do not support tours where there will be hundreds of people chasing one animal.
